It rises slow from ancient stone,
A silent king in wind-worn throne.
Clouds drift soft across its face,
While seasons kneel and leave no trace.
Snow crowns the height where eagles cry,
Roots grip the dark where rivers die.
Storms may claw and lightning claim,
Yet still it stands, the same, the same.
Below, the valley changes name—
But the mountain keeps its quiet flame.
