Harry Gwala Park is a township located just outside the main town of Matatiele in the northern part of the Eastern Cape Province, South Africa (right near the border of KwaZulu-Natal and Lesotho).
Historically established as a residential zone adjacent to the town proper, it now falls directly under the Matatiele Local Municipality. The area is deeply connected to the unique culture of “Sweet Matat,” where the rolling hills of the Drakensberg region meet a mix of deep local history and scenic gravel roads.
